MOSA® Lite FirstScore™ and Report

The Mortgage Operational Safety Assessment™ (MOSA®) is designed to evaluate the controls that pertain to the detection and prevention of misrepresentation during the lending process, as well as the risks posed by a lender's product mix and geographic distribution. The MOSA® Lite FirstScore™ is an initial step in a lender's process of identifying operational risk within their organization. Lenders are evaluated with the risk assessment tools in MOSA® and then receive a score between 0 and 800, with higher scores indicating lower risk.

To get started with your secure online assessment:

• Gather the documents and data as identified in your confirmation letter.
• Login with your username and password above to begin the assessment.
• Note: The assessment will take approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete.
